Usually we will dispatch the order within 4-5 working days.

What shipping method will you use?

We normally use DPD next day serivce to dispatch order. For some remote areas, it may need 2 days to deliver.

Will I get a tracking number after the order is dispatched?

Yes you will get the tracking number by email , a text message also will be sent to you by DPD to tell you the delivery time slot, if you leave mobile number when purchasing.

Can I return my order?
